Walk Through Survey
We have found that, very often, our customers, are not sure which service they require beforehand. We have, therefore, developed what we call a "walk through survey" which can be availed of before you choose a more detailed survey be it a damp/mould survey, air tightness test of thermal imaging. Because of our training and experience, we can give an accurate overall assessment of potential weaknesses and also pass onto the home owner some tips and tricks. Initially, this option can be more cost effective and can be combined with (and discounted) on the day, for instance, a full Heat Loss Survey.

The survey takes approximately an hour (depending on complexity) and all aspects are visually surveyed. No special equipment is used but the option is there to do a more detailed survey if so desired on the day. In this case, the walk through survey cost will be discounted against the cost of the full survey. As usual, the home owner is required to be present for the duration.
